Fischbein DRC-300 Double Roll Closure System
This heavy‐duty, continuous hot melt sealing system is designed to secure most open mouth flat or gusseted multi‐wall paper bags weighing from 2 to 50 pounds and its variable speed drive allows production rates up to 75 linear feet per minute. The DRC 300 automatically trims the top of each paper bag, makes a single precise fold, applies a pre‐measured bead of hot melt adhesive to the bag’s face, then makes a final second fold in the adhesive and instantly seals the bag. The DRC’s compact, motorized height adjustable pedestal design is fully mobile and can be easily integrated in
semi or fully automated bagging applications. Standard ‐ right to left operation. DRC closures are most commonly used on consumer oriented products like pet food, food pre‐mixes, etc.

Fischbein’s PBC 8000 Series Pinch Bag Closer is specifically designed for high volume bagging applications that use pre‐glued, multi‐wall pinch‐style paper bags. The PBC 8000’s versatility and speed range makes it the perfect sift proof sealing solution when partnered with high speed automated twin bagging systems. The PBC 8000 features a high-‐speed, maintenance free, direct drive system; three independently controlled heat zones and extended folder system that produces high quality bag seals (pre‐glued bag flaps up to 2½ inches) at speeds up to 150 linear feet per minute*.
The PBC 8000’s hot air distribution system consists of three temperature controlled heater manifolds featuring high efficiency dual finned elements. The stainless manifolds deliver the precise amount of heat flow to the pre‐glued section of the bag, allowing for faster production with less energy use. The system’s mobile, height adjustable frame and Fischbein’s unique break away design make maintenance safe and fast. The PILS features a continuous sealing process that sequentially seals the bag’s inner liner and then the exterior pre‐glued bag top using Teflon coated folder technology and a high efficiency heater system. Reliable and easy to use, the unit’s variable speed drive system and digital temperature control means you can operate at bagging speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute. The PILS compact, motorized height adjustable pedestal design is fully mobile and can easily be integrated into semi or fully automated bagging applications. Standard -‐ right to left operation.
