Representing the most advanced bag sealing technology today, the SH2000 features the latest in PID temperature control and an innovative VFD direct drive system. With a
20-‐percent greater heating capacity, the SH2000’s enhanced air-‐flow design guarantees a highly efficient heat transfer system that seals thicker pillow style bags and pouches. This model features a stainless steel finish, right to left operating direction, easy to read digital temperature displays and a height adjustable pedestal with a mobile dolly. SH2000’s electrical system is rated NEMA 12/IP54.

The heavy-‐duty, SB4000 continuous band sealer is designed for high production bag sealing operations that use gusseted pillow bags and pouches. The standard model features a right to left operating direction, four PID temperature controllers with an easy to read, fully digital temperature display (Fahrenheit or Centigrade). The Saxon SB4000 is mounted on a height adjustable pedestal and mobile dolly. The unit’s electrical system is rated at a full IP54 (NEMA 12).

The PBC 6000 is the 3rd generation of an innovative sealing system that is specifically designed to be used with pinch style multi-‐wall paper bags. The PBC features a continuous sealing process using Teflon coated technology and a high efficiency heater that instantly folds and seals the top of the pre‐glued pinch bag. Reliable and easy to use, the unit’s variable speed drive system and digital temperature control means you can operate at bagging speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute. The PBC’s compact, height adjustable pedestal design is fully mobile and can easilybe integrated into semi or fully automated bagging applications. Standard - right to left operation.

With the installment of this bagging accessory all thats required of the worker is to guide the leading edge of the bag into the power infeed device. The infeed device, using a 1/4 horse power motor, will guide the bag all the way through the sewing process. This is important because instead of a worker having to guide the entire bag through the sewing machine, he only needs to guide the edge of the bag into the power infeed device, freeing his hands to work on preparing the next bag. The Model 4380 is used for plain sewn bags only.

The 400 NS™ is a heavy-‐duty “plain” sew system for medium to high volume bagging operations that use multi-‐wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags. This plain sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® Model 100 heavy duty sewing head and is easily integrated into any manual or semi automated bagging line. The 400 NS is safe, easy to use and operates at speeds up to 55 linear feet per minute, perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications. Plus, it features our robust, fully-‐automated D4380 infeed system. The 400 NS is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 8inch bag spacing, and 6 inches of free bag top is required.
