The HAS 220TM Hot Air Sealer is designed for sealing non-‐window style pillow or bottom gusset premade polyethylene bags up to 8mils in thickness. Standard DC variable speed controls match sealer and conveyor speeds. Double line seal with steel knurling wheel for re‐enforced seal strength. All steel, powder‐coated frame, U.L. approved electronics, ½ HP motor, digital temperature control and operator warning lights for heat and air pressure are included. Seals at speeds up to 60 feet per minute and will support virtually any bag size.

The machine is mounted on a two-‐post frame that is height adjustable; allowing for various bag sizes and conveyor speeds. Controls for the heaters, airflow, and carry through belts are simple and easy to adjust; enabling the machine to seal various polyethylene bag sizes and thicknesses. The HAS 300 produces strong, sift-‐proof closures on standard, flush-‐cut polymer bags intended for products such as fertilizers, minerals, feed additives, agricultural seed, pet food, cat litter, chemicals, powdered dairy products and bakery mixes.
