Representing the most advanced bag sealing technology today, the SH2000 features the latest in PID temperature control and an innovative VFD direct drive system. With a
20-‐percent greater heating capacity, the SH2000’s enhanced air-‐flow design guarantees a highly efficient heat transfer system that seals thicker pillow style bags and pouches. This model features a stainless steel finish, right to left operating direction, easy to read digital temperature displays and a height adjustable pedestal with a mobile dolly. SH2000’s electrical system is rated NEMA 12/IP54.

The HAS 300HP is a heavy duty, production sealing system that efficiently closes polyethylene, pillow type and gusseted bags. The HAS 220TM Hot Air Sealer is designed for sealing non-‐window style pillow or bottom gusset premade polyethylene bags up to 8mils in thickness. Standard DC variable speed controls match sealer and conveyor speeds. Double line seal with steel knurling wheel for re‐enforced seal strength. All steel, powder‐coated frame, U.L. approved electronics, ½ HP motor, digital temperature control and operator warning lights for heat and air pressure are included. Seals at speeds up to 60 feet per minute and will support virtually any bag size.
