The heavy-­‐duty, SB3000 continuous band sealer is designed for high production bag sealing operations that use gusseted of pillow bags and pouches. The standard model features a right to left operating direction, three PID temperature controllers with an easy to read, fully digital temperature display (Fahrenheit or Centigrade). The Saxon 3000 is mounted on a height adjustable pedestal and mobile dolly. The unit’s electrical system is rated at a full IP54 (NEMA 12).
