The new generation Fischbein‐Saxon SH1000 Hot Air Sealer represents the most advanced bag sealing technology today. It features the latest in PID temperature control, enhanced airflow design, an innovative direct drive, high-efficiency heat transfer system that seals a wide variety of pillow bags. Easy to use controls such as variable speed drive and motorized sealing height allow product changeovers to be made in just seconds. Plus, its compact design makes the SH1000 easy to integrate in any semi or fully automated bagging application. The versatile SH1000 can seal a variety of bag thicknesses (speed dependent), making it the ideal solution for a wide variety of bag sealing applications that
include the food, medical and chemical sectors.

The heavy-‐duty, SB3000 continuous band sealer is designed for high production bag sealing operations that use gusseted of pillow bags and pouches. The standard model features a right to left operating direction, three PID temperature controllers with an easy to read, fully digital temperature display (Fahrenheit or Centigrade). The Saxon 3000 is mounted on a height adjustable pedestal and mobile dolly. The unit’s electrical system is rated at a full IP54 (NEMA 12).
