Designed for high volume bagging applications up to 60 linear feet per minute – the 400 HP™ plain sew system is used to close multi-‐wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags. This sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® 200S-‐PC-‐R1 high speed sewing head and is easily integrated into any semi-‐ automated bagging line. The 400 HP is safe and easy to use and it features our automated D4380 infeed system that automatically presents the bag into the sewing head. The 400 HP is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. Model 400 HP requires a minimum of 6-‐inches of bag free top.
Note: Sew stitch line must be within 3.75” from the top of the bag to use Dura Thread Clipper.

The 400 PRO²™ is an entry level “plain” sew system featuring the Empress® Model 100-‐2-‐R2™ two needle sewing head. The Model 100-‐2-‐R2 creates a secure, non-‐sifting, two parallel stitch bag closure. The 400PRO² is the perfect bag sewing system for closing multi-‐wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags.
This cost effective, plain sewing system is easily integrated into any manual bagging line. The 400 PRO² is safe…easy to use and is perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications operating at speeds up to 45 linear feet per minute. The 400 PRO² uses a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 8 inch bag spacing, and 6 inches of free bag top is required.

The 400 NS™ is a heavy-‐duty “plain” sew system for medium to high volume bagging operations that use multi-‐wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags. This plain sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® Model 100 heavy duty sewing head and is easily integrated into any manual or semi automated bagging line. The 400 NS is safe, easy to use and operates at speeds up to 55 linear feet per minute, perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications. Plus, it features our robust, fully-‐automated D4380 infeed system. The 400 NS is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 8inch bag spacing, and 6 inches of free bag top is required.
