The Model 100GWB Gross Weigh Belt Bagging Scale introduces next generation technology to gross weigh bagging and filling. This bagging scale is used for semi-free flowing products like wet feeds and others. The Model 100GWB Gross Weigh Scale has a compact design that fits most plants. The unique dual load cell design eliminated inaccuracies inherent in single load cell scales. This latest addition to our gross weigh scales is fast, accurate, and easy to use.

Designed for high volume bagging applications up to 60 linear feet per minute – the 400 HP™ plain sew system is used to close multi-‐wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags. This sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® 200S-‐PC-‐R1 high speed sewing head and is easily integrated into any semi-‐ automated bagging line. The 400 HP is safe and easy to use and it features our automated D4380 infeed system that automatically presents the bag into the sewing head. The 400 HP is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. Model 400 HP requires a minimum of 6-‐inches of bag free top.
