The Model 100GWB Gross Weigh Belt Bagging Scale introduces next generation technology to gross weigh bagging and filling. This bagging scale is used for semi-free flowing products like wet feeds and others. The Model 100GWB Gross Weigh Scale has a compact design that fits most plants. The unique dual load cell design eliminated inaccuracies inherent in single load cell scales. This latest addition to our gross weigh scales is fast, accurate, and easy to use.

A semi‐automatic scale built of carbon steel or stainless steel, the 100GW (Center Grip Bag Clamp) utilizes a single pneumatically controlled, gravity feed gate and provides bulk fill or bulk/dribble fill for more accurate weighing. Dual load cell design improves accuracy, ensuring no off‐center loading. The pneumatic bag clamp has a view window so operators are certain bag is properly positioned each time. The 100GW will automatically discharge bag when full, or use the auto bag hold to keep the bag in position for manual release. Minimum bag width – 8 inches. Hamer Model 355 Produce Weighing and Bagging Machine
Simple feeding and dosing system designed specifically for root vegetables. Automatically feeds and dispenses from 20 to 100 pounds of produce into paper, mesh, burlap or poly bag using a staggered, cleat style feed belt.
Operator hangs bag on a pneumatic clamshell style bag clamp. When bag is placed the feed conveyor belt is started. Belt speed slows when the bag is with in two pounds of desired weight when predetermined weight is attained, belt stops and pneumatic clamp closes, automatically catching and
holding in‐flight product.
The 355 has a mechanical counter balance weigh scale for determining fill weights. Two 50 Lb. weight boxes are included. Comes with 4 standard weight measurements; 20, 25, 44 and 50 lbs. Standard feed belt is 50‐60 durometer rubber 1/16 x BB, T Cleat rubber 150B. Staggered cleats, 8” between cleats, cleats 2” high. Product load hopper is rubber lined.

This solid construction scale uses a mechanical counter balance weight set. The Model HGB is easy to install, low cost to operate and requires minimal maintenance. It requires no electrical or compressed air and is an economical solution for manual bagging free‐flowing granular products, such as fertilizers, sugar, salt, plastic pellets, seed or animal feed.
