The Model 300VF provides consistent product flow for hand bagging or to automated form, fill and seal packaging machines. Provides consistent feeding for Soil, Mulch and
Compost in a single machine. Constructed from 7 ga. steel plate the main body has multiple access panels for easy clean out. Machine stand is built from 4” x 4” x ¼” structural steel tubing. A 3 HP 3 phase TEFC variable frequency drive motor powers a heavy‐duty rough top product feed belt. Conveyor belt shafts are easily accessible for routine maintenance. Product leveling is provided by a unique leveling device powered by a 2 HP, 3 Phase TEFC variable frequency motor. Leveling wheel height adjustable from 2.5” to 8” for maximum dosing control for a wide variety of products. Product cut off gate is independently controlled allowing for exact control of product free fall.
