This sew over tape sewing system is designed to apply crepe tape over and sew multi-wall paper bags. The 400T HP Tape Sewing System is easily integrated into any semi-automatic or fully automated bag sewing line. Safe and user friendly, this tape sewing system with high speed Empress Model 201 Sew Through Tape Bag Sewing Machine and high speed Model A2700 Power In-Feed Device is perfect for high volume, tape sewing, Bagging applications with operating speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute. The 400 NS™ is a heavy-‐duty “plain” sew system for medium to high volume bagging operations that use multi-‐wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags. This plain sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® Model 100 heavy duty sewing head and is easily integrated into any manual or semi automated bagging line. The 400 NS is safe, easy to use and operates at speeds up to 55 linear feet per minute, perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications. Plus, it features our robust, fully-‐automated D4380 infeed system. The 400 NS is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 8inch bag spacing, and 6 inches of free bag top is required.

The 400-PRO™ is an entry level “plain” sew system for multi-‐wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags. This cost effective, plain sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® Model 100 heavy duty sewing head and is easily integrated into any manual bagging line. The 400-PRO is safe…easy to use and is perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications operating at speeds up to 50 linear feet per minute.
The 400-PRO uses a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 8 inch bag spacing and 6 inches of free bag top is required.
