The Nitech 77205D-LPV-PS Stretch Wrap Machine is a low-profile semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a 200% powered pre-stretch. This model uses a 58″ turntable that uses a powered pre-stretch that will pre-stretch your film to the load. Using this model all the operator must do is attach the stretch wrap to the load and thats it. The machine automatically wraps the load using photo-eyes to detect the top of the load and acts accordingly. Has a maximum of 15 revolutions per minute speed and a maximum of 5000 lbs weight capacity. This machine has an expected production capacity of 40 loads per hour and is forklift portable. This machine greatly increases the safety of the product and helps reduce wasted film and increases worker productivity.
