The 400 NS™ with Dura Thread Clipper is a heavy-­‐duty “plain” sew system, which requires 6 inches of free bag top. Bag types include flat or gusseted multi-­‐wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags.  This plain sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® Model 100-­‐PC-­‐R1 (Dura Thread Clipper) that is design specifically for the most demanding industries. By utilizing a standard shop vacuum with our PLC controlled “clip on demand” cutter system, you can ensure a clean cut between bags. The 400 NS is easily integrated into any manual, or semi-­‐automated, bagging line. It is safe, easy to use, and operates at speeds up to 55 linear feet per minute; perfect for medium to high volume bagging applications. Plus, it features our robust, fully-­‐automated D4380-­‐40 infeed system. The 400 NS is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. A minimum of 6 inches of free bag top is required. The 400 NS™, with fold-­‐over infeed automatically, folds the bag top over resulting in a stronger bag closure. The fold-­‐over feature is used for woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags (no multi-­‐well gusseted paper bags) …the perfect solution for closing woven and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags. The rotary knife feature is essential for those bagging operations where sequential spacing between bags is a minimum of 8 inches spacing between bags and 10 inches of free bag top (3½” max-­‐fold). This plain sew system features Fischbein’s Empress® Model 100DC heavy duty sewing head and is easily integrated into any manual or semi automated bagging line. The 400 NS is safe…easy to use and operates at speeds up to 45 linear feet per minute. It features our 22 ¾ inch, fully-­‐automated A2940 fold over infeed system. The 400 NS is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high.
