The Hamer Model 4300 Belt Power Curve is a turning conveyor used to transport bags around a 90 degree curve. Available in 19”, 24” and 30” widths with a standard elevation of 36”. Portec version comes standard with 6” side guards, 2 ply black PVC, laced seams 105 FPM belt speed, and H‐Style legs.

Hamer Model 4000 Upright Bag Conveyor
The Hamer Model 4000 Upright Bag Conveyor is a smooth‐surface conveyor with a mechanical splice. This bag handling conveyor is used when hand‐bagging with a volumetric filler, net weigh or gross weigh scale. It keeps bags in an upright position and automatically moves them into position to feed into a bag‐top sealer. Used with a wide variety of manual bagging operations, the Model 4000 is offered in a variety of lengths and conveyor heights. Adjustable legs for top of belt height. For applications using a range of bag sizes, from 3‐5lbs, up to 40‐50lbs.

Hamer Model 4100 In-Feed Conveyor
The Hamer Model 4100 In‐Feed Bag Conveyor is a 24” wide, heavy‐duty belt over roller style conveyor with a 10‐gauge 6” formed channel side frame, with 1.9”x16 gauge steel bed rollers on 6” centers, and a 4” drive/tail pulley. The Model 4100 has a belt speed of 105 feet per minute and a 3/4 HP, TEFC motor. All 4100 series conveyors include bag guides.

Hamer Model 5100 Bag Flattening & Conditioning Conveyor
The Hamer Model 5100 Bag Flattening Conveyor is perfect for hand palletizing operations with a wide variety of bag sizes and products. This 24” wide incline conveyor with an adjustable 24” flattening conveyor mounted over top, is for bags 24” wide and up to 10” in thickness. It evenly disperses product inside the bag to improve bag handling and pallet build. Operators remove flattened bags from stacking table and build a level, even pallet. Can be used with manual or automated bagging systems.
