Designed for high volume, single thread bagging applications up to 60 linear feet per minute – the 400 THP-‐EP™ is used with multi-‐wall paper and laminated woven polypropylene open mouth bags to produce an attractive crepe tape sewn bag with an EZ-‐Pull tape closure. This tape sew system features Fischbein’s Empress®
201-‐SNGT-‐R1 high speed tape sewing head and is easily integrated into any semi-‐automated bagging line. The 400 THP-‐EP is safe and easy to use and it features our
automated A2700NSQA infeed system that trims the top of the bag – folds and positions the crepe tape and then presents the bag into the sewing head. The 400 THP is mounted on a compact pedestal design that’s fully mobile and features a manual height adjustable sewing line that ranges from 28 to 60 inches high. This heavy‐duty, continuous hot melt sealing system is designed to secure most open mouth flat or gusseted multi‐wall paper bags weighing from 2 to 50 pounds and its variable speed drive allows production rates up to 75 linear feet per minute. The DRC 300 automatically trims the top of each paper bag, makes a single precise fold, applies a pre‐measured bead of hot melt adhesive to the bag’s face, then makes a final second fold in the adhesive and instantly seals the bag. The DRC’s compact, motorized height adjustable pedestal design is fully mobile and can be easily integrated in
semi or fully automated bagging applications. Standard ‐ right to left operation. DRC closures are most commonly used on consumer oriented products like pet food, food pre‐mixes, etc.

The HAS 300 is a heavy-duty, production sealing system that efficiently closes polyethylene, pillow type and gusseted bags. The machine is mounted on a two-‐post frame that is height adjustable; allowing for various bag sizes and conveyor speeds. Controls for the heaters, airflow, and carry through belts are simple and easy to adjust; enabling the machine to seal various polyethylene bag sizes and thicknesses. The HAS 300 produces strong, sift-‐proof closures on standard, flush-‐cut polymer bags intended for products such as fertilizers, minerals, feed additives, agricultural seed, pet food, cat litter, chemicals, powdered dairy products and bakery mixes. Fischbein HAS-300-HP High Production Hot Air Sealer
The HAS 300HP is a heavy duty, production sealing system that efficiently closes polyethylene, pillow type and gusseted bags. The machine is mounted on a two-‐post frame that is height adjustable; allowing for various bag sizes and conveyor speeds. Controls for the heaters, air flow, and carry through belts are simple and easy to adjust; enabling the machine to seal various polyethylene bag sizes and thicknesses. The HAS 300HP produces strong, sift‐proof closures on standard, flush‐cut polymer bags intended for products such as fertilizers, minerals, feed additives, agricultural seed, pet food, cat litter, chemicals, powdered dairy products and bakery mixes.
*A minimum 6 inches of free bag top is required.
*Bag samples to be provided for testing prior to order.
