The REA Jet Small Character ink jet marking system is a powerful small character printer which was specifically developed for use in industrial environments. It guarantees an optimum print quality, combined with reliability and minimum maintenance needs. The system works according to the proven "Continuous Ink Jet" print principle which allows for the most accurate small character printing of 2 to 12 mm high texts in up to three lines and most types of data, even at high speeds of up to 984.25 ft/min. The interface is extremely user-friendly. The system can operate with fast-drying MEK-, Ethanol-, and water-based inks and can therefore be used for marking onto a large variety of substrates, from absorbent to non-absorbent surfaces such as cardboard, films, metal, glass, and plastic.

The REA Jet GK is an ultra-high resolution large character ink jet printer for coding and marking on porous surfaces with a variable print height from 2 to 100 mm (4 inches). Texts, barcodes and graphics, such as company logos or product images, can be printed in a vertical resolution of up to 256 pixels onto the packaging. High quality print results with product speeds of up to 650 ft/min.

The REA Jet LK is a compact, high-resolution, versatile ink jet printer suitable for print applications onto a wide range of porous/semi-porous materials. It is available with several combinations of print heads to meet a variety of print requirements. The printed image produced by the LK series ranges from 7.5 mm to 48 mm, depending on the print head attached. The REA Jet LK controller can support up to two print heads. Inks are safe and environmentally friendly. This system is robust and designed to work in industrial environments.
