Arpac’s Performance Level PRO ELITE­‐SERIES is a performance line of powered stretch wrappers with an advanced technology control system. Capable of wrapping 25 to 40 loads per hour, this 4,000 lb. capacity system features an electronic film feed drive, recipe storage, belt carriage lift system, and adjustable top and bottom wrap counts. The forklift portable 60” round turntable for loads up to 52” x 52”, has a rotation speed of up to 15 RPM. The Arpac SIDEWINDER® 4 is a robust line of stretch wrapping equipment designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the best load unitization. A heavy­‐duty, semi­‐automatic stretch wrapper with a 4,000 lb. capacity, this system is available with a high profile turntable for forklift loading, and a low profile turntable for pallet­‐jack loading. Also available with dual turntables for greater throughput, cold and freezer packs for reliable operation in extremely harsh temperatures, and a pneumatic roping device for additional load support. Constructed with heavy­‐gage reinforced structural steel, the SIDEWINDER® can be customized with extended towers for taller loads, and split frames for odd­‐sized larger loads. For more efficiency, an optional Automatic Film Tear Device (AFTD) tears the film automatically at the end of the wrapping cycle. The Arpac POWER-­‐SERIES is a robust line heavy­‐duty, automatic stretch wrappers designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the best load unitization for all material handling environments. The POWER­‐SERIES automatically attaches the film to a pallet, wraps the pallet, and cuts the film, wiping the tail to the pallet. With a 5,000 lb. capacity, this system is available in low and high profile turntable for forklift loading. Constructed with heavy­‐ duty reinforced structural steel, the POWER­‐SERIES® is guaranteed for years of reliable wrapping. The POWER­‐SERIES may be purchased with the WRAP-­‐N-­‐WEIGH® feature that combines wrapping and weighing into one operation, by integrating precision controls into the turntable base. Arpac’s ELECTRO­‐WRAP Rotary Tower pallet wrapper is a robust stretch wrapping machine capable of wrapping up to 40 loads per hour. Built to last with heavy­‐duty, welded steel construction and is manufactured and supported to offer trouble-free operation, the ELECTRO­‐WRAP series accommodates 20” and 30” film rolls, and features an EZ­‐Load film delivery system, anti­‐static film rollers, and photoelectric load height sensing. Mode of Operation: The pallet load is positioned under the rotary arm of the ARPAC Electro-­‐Wrap stretch wrapping machine. The film is automatically attached to the pallet load to begin the stretch wrapping cycle. The rotary arm then moves around the stationary load while the EZ­‐LOAD® film pre­‐stretch module stretches the film from 150 to 300% (200% standard).
