REA Jet LK High Resolution Ink Jet System

The REA Jet Small Character ink jet marking system is a powerful small character printer which was specifically developed for use in industrial environments. It guarantees an optimum print quality, combined with reliability and minimum maintenance needs. The system works according to the proven "Continuous Ink Jet" print principle which allows for the most accurate small character printing of 2 to 12 mm high texts in up to three lines and most types of data, even at high speeds of up to 984.25 ft/min. The interface is extremely user-friendly. The system can operate with fast-drying MEK-, Ethanol-, and water-based inks and can therefore be used for marking onto a large variety of substrates, from absorbent to non-absorbent surfaces such as cardboard, films, metal, glass, and plastic.

The REA Jet GK is an ultra-high resolution large character ink jet printer for coding and marking on porous surfaces with a variable print height from 2 to 100 mm (4 inches). Texts, barcodes and graphics, such as company logos or product images, can be printed in a vertical resolution of up to 256 pixels onto the packaging. High quality print results with product speeds of up to 650 ft/min.

This Ink Jet Coder Stand is designed specifically for ink jet printers printing in a sewing line. It is adjustable in height and is adjustable for different bag widths. It requires approximately 2.5 feet of conveyor space (depending on bag width - standard 16" wide bag)
