Taylor TEVN Electronic, Net-Weigh Semi-Automatic Bagging Scale with Vibritory Product Feeder. The TEVN was specifically engineered for weighing difficult to feed materials. The TEVN includes a large vibratory product feeder pan with two speed feed rate for moving large volumes quickly and gently. The TEGN is designed to fill open mouth bags with 25 lb. to 125 lbs. of product. Once operator puts bag under spout the operator’s wrist will activate a wand switch which will start the automatic fill cycle: Fill, trim, stop and drop. Air & electricity required.

Taylor TEGN Electronic, Gravity Filled, Net-Weigh Semi-Automatic Bagging Scale was specifically engineered for free-flowing granular products such as corn, soybeans, pellets, seeds, etc. The TEGN is designed to fill open mouth bags with 15 lb. to 125 lbs. of product at speeds of up to 12 bags per minute. The TEGN features a 4 cubic foot weigh bucket with dual electronic load cells, bulk and dribble flow gates, air cylinder operated bag clamps and dust enclosure with 4″ dust pickup. Table mounted electronic, semi-automatic, small packager designed for weighments of 2 oz. to 12 lbs. with an accuracy of +/- 0.4%Â at speeds of up to 12Â weighments per minute. Dual set point, and adjustable flow boot, T-4000 weigh controller for precise filling. Product is fed into net weigh pan via an electromagnetic vibratory feeder which stops feeding product when desired weight is met. Operator activates dump release switch. Which dumps product into container and starts another fill cycle.
